Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Orders: We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

 

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH OUR VISITORS?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. This website is owned and operated by Brokenkeyz Productionz LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors [music production, music sales, online radio, podcast, advertising opportunities, clothing sales, footwear sales, accessories sales, memberships, paid pricing plans, paid subscriptions, recurring paid pricing plans and subscriptions, non-paid subscriptions, blog readings and contests. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Who can use your website; what are the requirements to create an account

In order to use our website and listen to the online radio, podcast and reading of the blogs you must be 18 years of age and over, due to explicit language. or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website to listen to the online radio, read blogs (with explicit language) and podcast if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you due to explicit language. 

 

If under 18 years of age you are allowed to purchase merchandise, music production services, subscriptions, clothing, paid clothing subscriptions, footwear, pre-order footwear, accessories and pricing plans and subscriptions that don’t include online radio, blogs (with explicit language) and podcasts due to explicit language. 

 

Terms offered to customers

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

 

  1. Sign in to your account click My Orders. 

  2. On My Orders page find the item you want to track and click Track Item. 

  3. View delivery and details.

Return and Refund policy

Returns: What’s your return policy?

 

We don’t offer returns and exchanges on custom-made items unless damaged, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at kd@brokenkeyz.com.  For non-customized items we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds if your item is damaged, missing, or you received the wrong ite

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

​

At this time, we don't offer exchanges unless product(s) are damaged. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at kd@brokenkeyz.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!  In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return unless damaged [custom-made/made-to-order items].

Refunds:

Do you offer refunds?

 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at kd@brokenkeyz.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

UPLOADING CONTENT

 

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

 

Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
